What Do I Need It For?

It can save time & money enabling repairs to be done in house. Parts can be sourced elsewhere. No need to send them to the Main Dealer, incurring Fuel Costs, Lost Labour Time, Overall Inconvenience.

Can it do Everything?

NO Definitely Not. The only Tools that come close are the dealer specific tools. These tools only Interrogate with ONE brand & can cost as much as £10,000 to £20,000 Plus.

How Much Is It?

Overall the cost depends on your specific requirements and which system is best suited to your business. The systems start from as little as £3,500.00+VAT or £30.00+VAT per week on lease purchase.

Are there any Update Costs?

Updates Cost £480.00+VAT a year for Truck. You could get up to 3 Updates per year. £440.00+VAT a year for Car. You could get up to 3 Updates per year.

What Training Do I Get?

On delivery you get a min 2 hours initial training to show the Technicians the different Menu’s. A selection of different Vehicles would be required.

What Support Do I Get?

You have access to our Texa Technician at Fleet Parts, with over 25 years automotive experience. As well as our in house Airbrake Technicians.

Texa also have a training facility, Texa EDU Training School based in Burnley. There is a 2 day NEW Equipment users training course at Texa UK. The cost is £192.00+VAT per delegate, this excludes any overnight accommodation requirements.

You can subscribe to the Tex@Info UK Telephone and IDC3 Software bulletin Support. This gives access to a Texa UK telephone helpline as well as the IDC3 Internet google search feature.
(You must have an Active Texpack Software Subscription). The cost is £200.00+VAT per year.
